The king room felt modern with cool air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Shower options were solid, with both walk-in and regular styles. I loved the coffee machine and fridge, which added convenience. Super close to the airport. The friendly staff made everything smooth. A fitness center is nice for easy workouts too.

The bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud—a fluffy, soft, memory-foam kind of cloud! The location is also super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport, making my travel much easier.

Had a great night's sleep in the comfy Queen room with two beds. The bathroom was modern, and the water pressure was awesome! Felt at ease with the shuttle service to the airport—it was quick and hassle-free.

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by noise disturbances from the loud laundry room directly above my room, which disrupted sleep every morning. The lack of a breakfast option was a letdown, especially with the restaurant undergoing renovation and no convenient alternatives nearby. The surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, making me reluctant to explore outside after dark.

Inconsistent housekeeping standards!!! !!! Don't get fooled by the ad for shuttle service, it requires serious improvements!!! The area felt sketchy with noticeable security concerns. Not relaxing at all!!!

Charlotte's local eats are a real game changer! You gotta hit up the Caribbean Hut nearby for some bomb flavors. And don’t sleep on the Turnhouse Grille’s organic offerings—definitely fresh and delish! Plus, the staff were super nice and the hotel was clean as a whistle!

However, there’s a bit of a bite to this stay. They ain’t pet friendly, and I felt like I was under surveillance for bringing my ESA. Plus, no complimentary breakfast—had to trot over to a neighboring hotel for that.

The King Room featured a spacious setup that perfectly accommodated a quick layover. Conveniently located just a few minutes from the airport, it made for an effortless travel experience.

The shuttle service left much to be desired. After notifying the hotel of my arrival time, I ended up waiting over an hour for the shuttle, only to find out there had been a miscommunication about pickup. there wasn't enough coffee creamer in the room, and the ice machine was unmarked, leading to some unnecessary confusion. The lingering smell of cannabis in the area wasn't exactly appealing either, especially for those preferring a fresher atmosphere.

The hotel was modern and well-decorated with warm lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were clean and spacious, making it easy for seniors to navigate and relax comfortably during our stay.

Better shuttle service and response times would help.
